The Problem: Through social media, struggles in motherhood are often hidden or not discuss.  
New mother of being depicted as "bad Mom" when they express the struggles or any emotion other than joy

The Insight: Approximately 1 in 7 women will experience postpartum depression after giving brith and maternal self-care is often neglected in the postpartum period
